The Emerging Leader Program (ELP) is an annual leadership development program designed to actively enhance the leadership, organizational and performance competencies of high-performing, high-potential next level of managers. The program establishes a network of future bank leaders who understand the complexities of being a leader and can respond to local and national issues impacting the community banking industry and their communities.

Dana R. Muth
Dana R. Muth, MSODA is a Principal with Banklogic, a CPA and consulting firm primarily serving the financial services industry.
A hands-on change agent and effective business partner, Dana provides expertise in the areas of strategic and succession planning, executive coaching, organizational design, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, sales, service and organization development.
Throughout her career, Dana has been a catalyst for building, leading, influencing and sustaining the alignment of people, performance and revenue generation, resulting in shareholder value. Dana’s proven experience has been with community banks, as well as with multi-billion dollar financial institutions, wealth management groups and insurance agencies.
Dana earned her master’s in Organization Development & Analysis from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, and undergraduate dual-degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
She has academic teaching experience, namely for the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business and Duquesne University’s Center for Corporate and Executive Education.
