Your financial institution needs to hire staff for several positions.  But will the best candidates know you’re hiring?  New advertising methods, interviewing styles, management methods, benefit requirements, and social media make for a complex HR arena.  That doesn’t begin to scratch the surface of today’s up and coming workforce of Millennials, Gen Zs, and Nexters.  Join us for expert advice, hiring best practices, and a robust take-away toolkit.

AFTER THIS WEBINAR YOU’LL BE ABLE TO:

  • Evaluate your online presence
  • Spruce up your first impression on the web
  • Use the latest sources for recruiting your next super stars
  • Maximize your onboarding process
  • Revamp your office environment
  • Know how to coach and reward your team

WEBINAR DETAILS

Back in the day, want ads, headhunters, rolodexes, and telephones were used to find the perfect candidates.  Then you interviewed, hired, and trained.  Ta da!  Now it’s not so easy.  It’s imperative that you not only “go digital” but also fully understand social media and its place in your financial institution’s hiring strategy.  Like most HR areas and the financial services industry at large, social media is full of compliance landmines and legal pitfalls.

This informative session will provide an overview of social media platforms and other digital tools for today’s hiring manager.  You’ll learn coaching and onboarding techniques; the “new” benefits today’s applicants desire; and a compliance framework for using them.  From managing your appearance on glassdoor.com, to effectively onboarding new employees, to tutoring for top performance, this webinar will explore the myriad of pitfalls in the current recruiting and retention environment. The host of take-away tools will advance your compliance efforts.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This informative session is perfect for human resources professionals, staff managers, and anyone engaged in hiring, managing, and understanding Millennials, Generation Zs, or Nexters.
