CBAO 47th Annual Convention

Please follow these steps to register your attendees: 

  1. Sign in to your CBAO profile. If you do not have a profile, click "Create Account" in the upper right corner of the website.
  2. Begin by selecting "Register Myself" or "Register Someone Else". If you select "Register Someone Else", you will have the option to look up an existing contact for your organization or add a new one.
  3. Select the corresponding registration option under "Registration Options".
  4. Complete your registration by adding any itinerary items under "Program" (e.g. "Annual Golf Outing") and answering any of the corresponding questions (e.g. dietary restrictions).
  5. If you want to register another attendee, click "Register Someone Else" at the top and complete steps 3-4 for that registrant.
  6. Once you are finished, click "Proceed to Checkout" to process your registration.

CBAO’s cancellation policy allows for a full refund for cancellations (minus a $250 administrative fee) up until June 1, 2021. After June 1, a 50% refund will be given to cancellations made before July 1, 2021. Following July 1, no refunds will be given for cancellations.
