Janell has been with the Delaware office of Maloney + Novotny (formerly Wolf, Rogers, and Dickey) since 2005 and was elected shareholder in 2019.  She has extensive industry experience in agribusiness, construction and real estate, professional services, and estates and trusts.  Janell is especially knowledgeable in both individual and corporate income tax planning and compliance, estates and trust taxation, and assisting clients with day-to-day accounting matters.  Her focus is on helping her clients maintain compliance while protecting and growing assets.
