Financial management is critical to the success of every farm business, and with analysis, farms are able to better understand the numbers behind their profits and losses.

As a creditor, it is important to secure your right to payment from your agricultural clients. This session will provide an overview (1) in perfecting your security interest in livestock, crops, and equipment; (2) on methods to collect on your loan, and (3) the rights and remedies of a creditor in a Chapter 12 Bankruptcy.
