Leading, managing, and coaching to get the most from deposit campaigns requires some specific actions from bankers and managers. During this session we will focus on the beginning, middle, and end of a campaign.
The beginning involves incorporating action plans, creating scripts, learning to overcome objections, and setting daily bite-sized goals to achieve success.
The middle is during the campaign. Coaching behaviors such as follow-up, feedback, and observation of key skills will be critical.
The end looks at the successes achieved during the campaign and incorporating those techniques into future daily actions with customers and prospects.
