CBAO is closely monitoring the recent outbreak of the COVID–19 virus. The health, safety, and well-being of our family, friends, staff, and community members throughout Ohio and beyond are of the highest priority. As such, CBAO will continue to monitor the resources provided by the Ohio Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention following their recommended guidelines. As new information and details are shared daily, we will make the necessary updates and share relevant resources (links below).

While members of our team may be working remotely, our office will remain open and engaged to serve you with available resources during this challenging time. While we want to minimize business disruption, we will be engaging technology platforms to ensure CBAO programs will continue while minimizing risk for all concerned. Where applicable and possible, scheduled classes will be either rescheduled to a later date or conducted via conference call or webinar. If a class should be canceled, a full refund will be processed.

As new information and details are shared daily, we will make the necessary updates for the health and well-being of all concerned. Registered participants in CBAO Networking Forums will be notified directly by phone or email if there are any schedule changes. This may include moving the forums to an online format while there are limitations for group gatherings.
